With Attach Solvent Solution, sticky epoxies, super glue and most adhesives can easily be removed without damage to the surface of the craft materials. Great product

I tried so many different options to dissolve the glue holding pieces of glass together. I was ready to give up when I came across Attack Glue Solvent. It worked fabulously and I’m so happy!

Q: I have to remove some stones from bails that have been attached by epoxy resin. What is the best product and way to do this?300

A: The Attack solvent is the perfect job for your task. Just dab a small amount around the crystals and let them sit for a few minutes. They should come off easily.

Q: Please, can this product be used to remove excess epoxy adhesive from gold, sterling silver or gold filled items without damaging the metal?

A: Attack is a solvent that dissolves cured epoxy and polyester resins. This product will harm plastic components. Safe for metal, stone, glass and wood.

Q: How the heck do you remove the metal covering under the lid?

A: A screwdriver can pierce a small hole in the top. You may need to make another smaller hole on the opposite site to stop a vacuum from being created when poured out. To keep things clean and not be super overwhelmed by the smell when you take the cap off, you may not want to open the entire thing.

Q: Is this safe for pearls as well?

A: This product is not recommended for pearls as it may remove the outer layer of the pearls natural nacre.

Q: I have used this product before and love it! I was wondering if this would effect plastic? I want to try to remove epoxy off a model for my husband but don't want to take a chance messing the plastic up. Thank you!

A: One of the active ingredients in this solvent is methylene chloride which has about a 50/50 chance of impact to plastic, depending upon what material the plastic is made from. Also, as the product directions state to submerge the item in the solvent to work effectively we would NOT suggest this for use with any type of plastic.

Q: I have a Pearl coin that is drilled top to bottom and had one bail (charm) which broke off and left me with a stuck glued piece inside the hole. This pearl would be great for a beaded project I am working on. How can I remove it please? I am not equipped for drilling. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you.

A: Attack solvent can be used on pearls. You may have to let it soak a bit but it should do the trick.

A: The chemicals won't ruin the tooth. This can even be used on pearls.

Q: Hi there, can I use this on white gold? Will it remove the rhodium plating? I’ve got epoxy glue stuck on an opal and some of the claws of my ring and I don’t know how to remove it without damaging the white gold or opal.

A: It is safe to use on both white gold with rhodium plating and opals. You will just want to be sure not to leave it on too long and only for as long as necessary to do the job.
